Q: Do I need a half sizes?
A: We don't have half sizes shoes, most of our pumps are elasticated around, and each size difference is only 0.4 -0.6 cm, so if you need a size up, take a full size up.
Q: What size do i choose if i m between sizes ?
A: Most of our shoes are slightly small cut, so if you are size 5 or 6 take a size up, we often have a regular cut, so read the description of the shoes. It will advise on the size of shoes to take.
Q: Do your shoes stretch ?
A: Sam Star shoes are mostly made of leather. From wearing them, they will eventually stretch a little.
Q: I have a problematic foot, can i wear your shoes?
A:Our pumps are generally soft on the bunions but vary from person to person. But we have sold many pumps to people with bunions. You want to cover them up, so choose soft material to cover those areas of bunions.
Q: What size do i choose if i m between sizes ?

Q: I have a broader foot, what size to choose from?
A: We suggest you take a size up from the normal size you are wearing if you have a broader foot.
