You may exchange size under the good condition and original packaging. we reserve right not to exchange nor refund shall the product has been worn.

We use reliable local courier companies Fastway and The Courier Guy services to deliver your goods. For major cities, it will take 2-3 days to deliver to your door. For more info visit www.fastway.co.za or www.thecourierguy.co.za
For JHB - will be same day or next day delivery
For Pretoria - next day delivery
For Durban /Cape town- 2 days
For PE/East London -2-4 days
For outlying area - we use The Courier Guy to deliver, it will be up to 72 hours. visit www.thecourierguy.co.za
If sizes are incorrect or faulty shoes, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving shoes, we will exchange for you depending on the size availability or exchange other styles. Please contact us 0614121342 or email us email@example.com
If size is available for exchange, there will be courier charge of R80 .
Shall there be no sizes available we will issue the credit or refund for you.
Within 14 days of your order being delivered to your door, you can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size or different products as long as the preferred size being requested is available on sam star online shop. if you wish to process an exchange please contact the Sam star shoes 061 412 1342 email firstname.lastname@example.org

We will issue you a credit ( discount code ) for you to redeem any product under Sam Star online shop. ( there is expire date on the discount code)
Please note, Sam Star reserves the right not to accept an exchange of the product if it is not in original condition.

Returning non-defective/defective products
Please note we will ONLY accept the return under good condition and original packaging.
All sale items are not refundable but we will issue the credit ( discount code ) after we received the original package back from you

There is a refund policy for goods purchased at full price on site, for other orders purchased under sale period we will issue the credit note or discount code for the buyer to exchange any item online. Please note that for all refunds, we will only refund for the value of the products, not the courier charge.
