Exchange/Return policy/Sizing chart
Regarding our online shop's policies for shoes, we have specific guidelines for exchanges or returns within 14 days, provided that the products remain in brand-new condition. We will proceed with the exchange, return, or refund process when we receive the shoes back in good condition.
***Please note that there would be a small charge for collection for exchange of orders under R1600. Gauteng areas would be R119. Other areas would be R159.
For High risks areas, such as Sowetos and some townships, we would require customers to send back to us at their costs. Due to high risks involves in certain areas.
***However, please note that strictly NO REFUNDS will be given during the BLACK FRIDAY SALES period, which happens the last week of November. Instead, we will issue a credit note for the product value, excluding the courier charge.
To proceed with an exchange during BLACK FRIDAY SALE, kindly contact us within 14 days, bearing in mind that sales goods incur a courier charge ranging from R120 to R190 (depending on the area) for both pick-up and delivery. (Order over R2000 would be free exchange )
For regular-priced items, we offer complimentary collection and delivery services for one time only. Please ensure that any size exchange is carried out with the product in good condition and its original packaging.
It is important to note that we reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund if the product has been worn. Please note we don't refund delivery charge, and we would charge from R129 ( Gauteng) - R179 for all other areas in South Africa for both collection and delivery, shall you ask for a refund. thank you
If the desired size is unavailable, we will gladly provide you with a refund or issue a credit note.

Delivery :
We use reliable local couriers companies, ranging from Internet Express to The Courier Guy services, to deliver your goods. For major cities, it will take 2-3 days to deliver to your door.
For JHB - will be same day or next day delivery
For Pretoria - next day delivery
For Durban /Cape town- 2 days
For PE/East London -2-4 days
For outlying area - we use The Courier Guy to deliver, it will be up to 72 hours. visit www.thecourierguy.co.za
If the sizes are incorrect or faulty shoes, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shoes. We will exchange for you, depending on the size availability or exchange other styles. Please contact us via email info@samstarshoes.com or WhatsApp 0614121342 (only)
Should there be no sizes available, we will issue a credit or refund to you.
Exchange Policy (Non-sales period)
Within 14 days of your order being delivered to your door, you can exchange the product(s) you ordered for a different size or different products as long as the preferred size being requested is available on Sam Star's online shop. if you wish to process an exchange, please email us at info@samstarshoes.com
Should we not have stock of your preferred size, or if you wish to order a different product, please email us at info@samstarshoes.com for further information.
We will issue you a credit ( discount code )to redeem any product under the Sam Star online shop. (There is an expiration date on the discount code)
Please note that Sam Star reserves the right not to accept an exchange of the product if it is not in its original condition.

Returning non-defective/defective products
Please note we will ONLY accept the return under good condition and original packaging.

Refund Policy
There is a refund policy for goods purchased online. Please note that for all refunds, we will only refund the value of the products, not the courier charge.
STRICTLY NO REFUND NOR RETURN ON GOODS THAT ARE PURCHASED OVER 30 DAYS
We, however, will consider, under certain circumstances whether the goods were faulty. Please note there will be no refund if the shoes are been worn, only refund under good condition and original packaging within purchased of 14 working days.
Products delivered to Namibia are not eligible for returns.
